Knowledgeable and efficient service. Would recommend these guys! Update on 4/1/2024 - My AC compressor wouldn't turn on. I called them and they had someone here in 15 minutes and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. I stand by my earlier review.

I recently reached out to Texas Pride to inquire about doing PMs on my Generac generators. First off, April responded right away to my inquiry and was so accommodating and courteous in providing details as well as working with me on a date/rime that worked, it was refreshing to say the least to receive best-in-class customer service. On the appointment day, the professionalism and overall expertise by the technician spoke volumes about the kind of company Texas Pride is. Mr Justin was on time and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. I was so impressed with their level of service that I scheduled HVAC PMs the following week. Once again Mr Justin was on time, and did great work. I have had countless HVAC companies in my attics over the last 10yrs and it was always the same thing once they left. Sprayed in insulation would be tracked all throughout the house when they left. Mr Justin even cleaned up after himself and left it the exact way it was prior. Sidnt really expect that but it just goes to show the attention to detail and service yet again. 100% you will not be disappointed in your decision to hire April, Justin, and the entire Texas Pride team!
