        Purchased roses for someone 10 days before Valentine's day. I did this early so the flowers would be sent early. Spoke with the person I sent these to at 1pm and they had not received anything. Called the florist and they had no record of me buying anything. Gave them the receipt number and they delivered flowers at 3:30pm. 30 mins before this person leaves for work. Spent nearly a hundred dollars for a late delivery and flowers that were not fresh. I don't want to hear you are sorry. I don't want a balloon or nicer vase. I want a refund.
