Precision Chem-Dry DFW

Ive been using Precision Chem-Dry for past few years to clean carpets at my rental properties. Jamal is always very responsive, provides me the day and time I need, and his crew do an excellent job cleaning. Everyone Ive dealt with is very professional, and always helpful. They have told me when and if I needed additional services, and have never suggested any extra service that wasnt needed. I recommend Jamal and Precision Chem-Dry to anyone needing quality service. They are not the least expensive, but they are worth the cost (my mantra - you get what you pay for). The carpet is usually dry in less than 3 hours, and move in ready. There aren't enough stars that would rate my service with Chem dry Dfw! I have been a customer for about three years now and I won't look anywhere else.The upholstery technician Jamal is very knowledgeable and personable. He explains everything thoroughly before starting work. Jamal is professional and does an amazing job. He is the most customer friendly person I've ever worked with. No job is ever too big or too small. I had my sofa cleaned cleaned today, and it looks practically brand new! Thanks Jamal for your service today.
