We would definitely recommend Metroplex Pools. Their entire team was very professional and courteous from the office staff to the pool installers, the plumbers and electricians. We are very satisfied with our choice to hire Metroplex Pools. They were always reachable, answered all questions. Entire pool building process was very smooth and hassle free. Steve is a good dude, he has employees and cares about them. To be honest at first I was skeptical about Steve, he came across as a typical sales guy but in the end Im glad we used him. With Steve we got the best equipment at a reasonable price compared to others. His installers Josh and Dustin were great, knowledgeable about the install and got it done quickly. Next we had the concrete crew which was done quickly and to perfection. Our build took about 10 days and we had rain one of those days. I had a little frustration at the end but Steve came out and made it right. Ill post a picture once we get sod laid, we have other projects we are doing and once those are finished Ill post pics. Ill tell you what to watch out for with other pool companies, they quote you basic pool equipment, basic pumps with basic lights. Steve comes out with the best equipment on his quotes and if you like you can ask him to subtract out anything you think is overkill. Really nothing is overkill to be honest, although he might want to add more concrete in places you might not want to. Just be honest with your vision. I had my vision broken out on paper to help everyone understand exactly what I wanted.

Highly recommend. Best in the business dig and install guys. Owner Steve has promptly returned all of my calls and messages and taken care of any and all issues. Project manager Ivan is a rockstarthe absolute best and very helpful and insightful. Thank you Metroplex Pools. From first meeting at my home to swimming took only 6 weeks.
