I had Jessica do my taxes, she said if I referred people to her I would get a referral fee which was supposed to be a $100 referral fee for every person that I referred well I referred my daughter to Jessica she did her taxes as well once my daughter's taxes hit her bank account I tried to get ahold of Jessica to get my $100 referral fee she told me then it was only $50 but you advertise it's a $100 and then now it's been weeks and weeks and weeks and she refuses to message me back call me back or email me back to give me the referral fee that is owed to me. This is very bad for business.i just want my $100 referral fee that is owed to me asap. If your company advertises it then as a company you should stand on your word and actually pay people their referral fees,I'll never use this company again & I will tell everyone I know not to use them as well.they only want yr money & they do not stand on there word to pay referral fees..worst tax experience ever.i will also be contacting the BBB & leaving a review there as well.jessica just lies to people Telling them to send everyone they know to get their taxes done by her so she can make more money off of everybody and then tells you all the people that you sent to her she will pay you a referral fee for each person and then never pays you she just lies to you just to get your money that's it very very bad business.

I have used Xact taxes 3yrs now. Jessica is very professional. She explained everything in detail. I was extremely satisfied that I could email all my required documents for filing and didnt have to go in and wait. The processing was fast and easy. I highly recommend this location
