SanMay Photography

We hired SanMay photography for our 9/4/16 wedding. We were very pleased with the photography! Our pictures turned out GREAT! The day of the event went super smoothly. And Betty was awesome with working with us on the budget we had set. My one and only complaint is that I didn't feel like there was very good communication between Betty and myself leading up to the wedding and after the wedding. I felt like it was hard to reach her with questions I had.Sometimes, I wouldn't get a responses at all, other times it would take days. However, the meetings we had and the day of the wedding were the complete opposite. Betty captured what we had asked for and was very prompt.

We loved loved working with Betty! She is very professional, pays attention to detail, and takes beautiful pictures. She did our engagement and wedding pictures and we loved them all! She has also been our photographer for other family events and the pictures have been great everytime. I highly recommend her!

My experience with this company was a very poor experience. Not only was I promised a professionally finished product for my wedding photos that I did not receive, the owner Betty also did not meet promised deadlines. The owner lied to me about emailing photos to my personal email account when pressed as to why after 7 weeks, we still had no images of our wedding. Betty was hired as our professional photographer for our wedding. She was to professionally finish our pictures and store them on a flashdrive. After numerous calls, voicemails and text messages, she agreed to meet us to deliver the flashdrive with our wedding photos. Needless to say, this flashdrive contained photos that looked as if a 7yr old child had captured them. None of the photos were finished. The lighting was poor in most of them and a great majority of the photos seemed out of focus. I would strongly suggest hiring someone else for your special event. Not only will you receive an unfinished product, you will wait up to months after the event to even receive a response. Very dissatisfied previous client.
