I went to inquire about the prices to get a ball park number of how much a new build around the neighborhood would go for. My children was accepted into the charter school up the street. She lied saying $400k- 500k. Not knowing I had verified online. I told her that's a scam because the surrounding houses in the street over are dilapidated, and they won't receive a ROI. She continued to make unprofessional comments (of course I responded in kind without raising my voice or using foul language). She begun stumping around making baby sounds like she was pretend crying. When I walked to my car, she continued with the charades. I ensured her, when I left, I wouldn't care because I spoke up to her. Her name was Sharon; she made sure I knew her name. I was hoping to get a referral to another one of their communities that was not too far away. I will not tolerate such disrespect from someone in sales because they are sold out. Go to another builder please.
