      image after going the the process of getting a land loan, being the preferred provider of the developer, they just decided they needed 25% down instead of 20%. It's not so much the amount, its the going back on their word. When you prequalify someone, then state the details of the loan and then change it mid stream. Well, I'll just move on and let it go at that. no thanks.
