    I recently purchased a new Forester at Subaru of Georgetown. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Lauren Chapman was so wonderful to work with. She was so patient with all my questions and allowed me to take the time needed to make a decision. I never felt pressured or rushed. Kris in finance was so nice and easy to work with. I felt welcomed and cared for throughout the process. I am so happy with my new Subaru and look forward to working with Subaru of Georgetown for any service and maintenance needs. I highly recommend Lauren and Subaru of Georgetown!

    Weve had great experiences at Subaru of Gtown! My 2020 Ascent has been here several times for regular oil changes & 60k service. Never any issues & always great service! We recently took it in due to a weird noise since the 60k check up. We are very thankful we purchased the extended warranty when we purchased the car! This is our 3rd Subi & have never had issues-this was a normal ware & tear problem. Solid cars! Juan made sure the work done was covered by the warranty (which was purchased when we bought the car from a dealership in UT) & they even found an issue with a light that they got covered by the warranty (we didnt even know the light was out!!). Juan went above & beyond to get the issues worked out for us! Juan is awesome to work with, informative, & makes sure we are taken care of! We also love how awesome the crew & service people are! Shoutout to Jerry, Jeff & Shannon for always making us feel welcome! Thanks Subaru of Gtown for taking care of us. Youve got our service & business for years to come!

    My wife and I purchased a 2020 Crosstrek in January of 2024 and our experience leaves much to be desired. We bought the car during the freeze so they were unable to detail the car that day. Little did we know, the dirt was concealing paint damage from the obvious repo from the previous owner. Looking further, we discover the weather seal is just obliterated. As the day progressed we started noticing issues with the sound system and when we arrived home, I discovered a very poorly installed subwoofer / amplifier under the driver seat with bare wires exposed. The amplifier wasnt bolted down or anything, just sitting there. It took me nearly 6 hours to rectify the issue as Subaru told me they werent going to be able to do anything about it. Further down the line, we discovered on of the tires had significantly different wear and age profiles than the other 3. Being that the vehicle is AWD, different tire circumference can damage the AWD system. Upon bringing this to the dealerships attention, their solution was to replace the rim, but not the tire. Also, during the sale, the salesman informed us that the lender required us to purchase a service contract as a condition of the loan (we are subprime and only had 1 approval) this turned out to be a lie as I called the lender later that day to ask about this requirement. At the end of the day, I would much rather have a root canal than deal with this business again. Buyer beware.
