Awful service. Not only did it take 4 months for them to deliver a CPAP machine for my dad, (they blamed the doc for not sending the paperwork) they were a no show for the first appointment. Nobody from the company called. When I called to find out what happened, someone said very casually, "oh, the technician forgot." Then, on the day of the second appointment, 30 mins before the technician was supposed to show, I get a call about a co-pay. They had 4 months to discuss a co-pay. When I asked are you seriously just now telling me about a co-pay? Angela (I think) said "oh, I thought I already did." It appears this company's employees have poor memory and very lazy approach to healthcare. I wish I would have chosen another company, but I didn't want my dad to have to wait longer...which I'm sure is how they stay in business because it is DEFINITELY NOT their service.

Omg arrived in Georgetown hotel today 06/09/2023. Started unloading my stuff and my equipment at 415pm. Git to my cpap machine and began putting it together when I realized I made a mistake on the tubing. I have a newer cpap and an older one I travel with. I called them at near 5pm. I got to their place about 515 with my cpap. I am so blessed they had the regular and so kind. Now I can sleep tonight.

My wife needed a distilled water container for her cpap machine over the weekend, the problem was they are closed for the weekend. So, I decide to call and leave an after hours message. My phone call was transferred to the owner/mgr who told me she would have the container ready the following morning if I could get to the store. I showed up on time and promptly got the container as promised! We got outstanding service from American Medical for my post stroke wife and I would recommend these folks to any potential customer.

Highly recommend for those traveling! I realized I left my medical supplies at home and Nancy was so helpful by phone. She checked her inventory quickly and held what I needed at the front desk. In less than a few minutes, she resolved my concerns with a gracious and empathetic demeanor, getting me exactly what I needed. Thank you Nancy and American Medical!

These people are really awesome to work with.....especially Jessica. Everyone know everything about medical equipment and their inventory. I found C-pap equipment there and lift equipment. You ou can count on everyone at tjis store.
