    were more than happy to complete our sale. ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS when we came back with 3 physical therapists insisting the walker they pushed us was too short and causing pain. They just stood there, denying that they would have made a mistake. After an hour of that, i taught them how to pick up a phone and order the RIGHT parts, which they failed again. so they asked the company to reship. its been FOUR MONTHS. worst employees ive even witnessed in my entire life and that is no joke.... but then i realized, you can actually contact the manufactures they use, and completely cut these useless middle men out, get things done RIGHT AND SAVE money. Now...... i either buy directly online or just go to American Medical Equipment 30 seconds south. GHME staff.......are the worst

    I was scheduled to have surgery on a Fri my husband called this facility because we found out we can rent a hospital bed. When he called we were told they did not have any beds available i didn't have a good feeling about receiving the response that was given so i told my husband let me call the Dr's office and see if the nurse can call them to see if she will have any luck, later on that day the nurse called me back to tell me they have a bed for me oh ok that's great. A day before my surgery (Thursday) Andrea called me and said something was wrong with they're truck and i have to call someone else to see about getting a bed. They haven't taken it in for an inspection and they are under new management. The first thing that came out of my mouth is y'all only have one truck (she stated yeah) and my surgery is tmrw Andrea kept insisting i needed to call another company, really this is unbelievable I asked to speak to a Manager but then Andrea stated they're going to have the truck inspected and they will deliver the bed in a couple hours ok great thanks. I called them 2 weeks ago for a pickup for today between 10am-12pm sitting here patiently waiting Andrea calls my daughter at 12pm telling her they're picking up the bed today first of all how did you get my daughters # because I'm looking at the invoice and it clearly has my # on it and I know I didn't give y'all her # Andrea response was I have 2 #'s on here then she proceeds to say, would you like to reschedule the pickup because the guy whose suppose to pick it up is having problems trying to deliver a wheelchair to a hospital. First of all no I don't want to reschedule a pick up because i'm not having a problem y'all are so I need someone to pick it up today Andrea states do you need a specific time ummm yes I do she did give a time the bed was picked up it's just a shame GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is hard to come by hopefully I will not need any medical equipment no time soon because this facility is not the friendliest when dealing with customers

    Absolutely love the friendly service I got from Nancy helping locate a medical bed for my brother after tearing both knees down and having emergency surgery to fix ligaments. Nancy really went out of her way to help us and it has been a Godsend in maneuvering him in and out of bed as we are both past 55. Roger delivered the bed and Trapeze and set it up fast and without problems. He was also so very friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this company for needed medical supplies.

    I was in need of a new walker for my elderly mother.  I spoke to representatives from several Austin area companies and was told to fax in the doctor order and insurance info.  They would then order the walker and have it within a week. None of those locations had walker in-stock to look at or test. I finally called Georgetown Home Medical Equipment and spoke with Andrea.   She was friendly and answered all of my questions including a price range.  She stated they had numerous models available in the store and ready for purchase and pickup. Upon arrival, Andrea showed me the different models; weight restrictions; easy of storage; and brake functions.  I picked out a medium weight 'Lifestyle' model in Teal Green.Purchase was simple and easy.  And my mother doesn't have to wait another week for her walker.
