EDIT: After all this time, I've still never heard back from them short of a "You owe us money!" letter in the mail. I'm stuck with dentures that look OK, but I can't even remotely chew food with them. At this point, I would rather have my crummy old teeth back, even without the ones I was missing when I first went there. I would rather have rotting teeth than to trust my teeth to them again. ------- Looking back at everything, I've had to change my review. I originally went in hoping to get two or three teeth replaced and wound up being talked into pulling the rest out and getting dentures. I was lucky enough to have a benefactor to help me pay for them, because the whole process wasn't cheap. The extraction went fine (except for one stubborn tooth at the end, but that's OK), but it was afterwards that I started having issues. For one, I feel like I got no information or after care. I was given some free starter supplies but no real help or tips on how to handle recovery from the extraction. Every time I went back in, I felt like I had a different hygienist, some were nice and some were downright mean. My dentist was super nice, though. That's when COVID hit, right as I was maybe two fittings away from getting my final dentures. I know because of the lockdown I couldn't go in for a fitting or anything, but a call asking how I was doing and giving me advice to get through the period would have been a nice gesture. I felt like I was left on my own. Finally, we were able to go back and I was on my second to last fitting. I was actually supposed to do two procedures in one day (one fitting, one to open up the braces implanted in my lower gum to hold the lower dentures steady). I got the first one done.... then waiting five hours in the waiting room before finding out OOPS they forgot about me. On top of that, I was informed they goofed up with my insurances, I owed them $900, and *I* would have to call the insurance company to sort it out. It's been well over half a year and I'm still trying to work with the insurance company to sort out what's wrong. I still haven't gotten the locks on my lower gums open and now my dentures don't actually fit properly, causing irritation and sores when I wear them. I can only wear them for a couple of hours before they simply hurt too much. I'm starting to wish I had gone somewhere else.

Desi single handedly replaced TWO teeth while I sat in the chair. I didnt even need to wait for the lab and come back hours later. Shes always so kind and actually listens. She also adjusted my bite that I had been frustrated for months. Im so thankful and impressed.
