        After paying cash for my sons sports physical bc I was told his insurance wouldn't cover it a few months later I revived a bill apparently they still tried to file with his insurance but under a annual exam which his insurance wouldn't pay for bc he has a regular PCP it took me months along with it going on my credit report and finally having to threaten to report and file charges that it was fixed
