        Apex has been good to us. I have had a ton of issues with this property and will emergency phone maintenance has not really responded the company has always fixed the issue day of or next day. Considering they are in Garland and we are not we still get quick service.

        Did an application with them, I received a called from Dennis saying that she would need an double deposit. After agreeing to that she called me back and said that they wouldn't be able to it because of credit, when I questioned her about their policy she then said why did I need a house that big. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! If the owner comments on my reviews I do have two layers waiting for deformation.
