Compassion Movers

I was promised that the movers per Adam with the company would come TODAY move small amounts of furniture from one room I had redone to another room next to it! Also as well as move some furniture from a storage unit close by. I had had to text him at 7:00 tonight because he NEVER kept me updated!!! He said he would HAVE To reschedule I had to be out of my storage by TONIGHT and he was not coming or responding or calling back! He read the text messages asking him to call me. He read them but never called or texted back. I was referred by my friend Coral Ware in Mesquite. Not her fault but would never recommend his company to ANYONE!!! Well COMPASSIONATE MOVERS ARE DEFINITELY NOT COMPASSIONATE OR CARING!! ! Now my mother who just lost her husband and on a fixed income has to pay for another month of storage! He did not care at all!!! I would never recommend this moving company to anyone EVER!!! You do not treat people this way ever!!!! I would never treat my clients this way!! He was NOT professional and really did not care and this is NOT how you do business with anyone!!! Horrible company and trust was broken!!!

Bad experience using this company. Moving items from a house to two separate locations and moving date got postponed three times. I never did get the items moved to the second location because I was asked for more money. The blame was cast back onto me because I wasn't available on the third re-scheduled day (though I was available on the original day and the first two postponement days). The work they did complete, even thought not done as agreed time-wise, was nevertheless done professionally and the owner had to deal with a difficult family member but did so with grace. Wish I could post a better review.

Campassion movers is one of the best moving companies. Adam and Claudia are amazing. They serve the community with such compassion and humility. I'm grateful that each time I've needed assistance they have always come to help, very God-fearing, down to earth, and full of life. They came at a moments notice and gave a very reasonable quote for a short notice move on a Sunday! The move went smoothly and the guys were courteous and professional! We have a second house we will be moving and will definitely be using them again!
