K & T Moving Services

I used K&T for a move a couple years ago. Unfortunately they damaged a few pieces of our furniture. Despite my having reached out to them on several occasions - via email & phone calls (including providing pics of the damage) - in an attempt to resolve things in an amicable and professional manner - they never followed up to resolution and ignored my calls. I don't say this lightly - I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unresponsive moving company.

BE AWARE!!! There are people posing as Drivers for this company that claim to have Mover positions available for pretty reasonable pay. The driver will say that you need to pay a fee for insurance coverage in order to work for the company but IT'S A SCAM. Do not fall for this!!!

Im only giving two star because I have used them for the past 5-6 years with no issues. I contacted them to move me this past weekend and scheduled an appointment. They never showed up, answered the phone, or returned my call! Luckily I wasnt pressed for time seeing that I dont have to be out until the end of the month. But very unprofessional! I did give them my card information so Ill be keeping an eye on my account to see if they try to charge me.

When I used them a year and 2 months ago it was okay I called them again to ask them to remove me again no one will return any of my phone calls they're not answering the phones at all I don't know if you have to go by there I'm scared to even book them ever because they don't answer the phones and then when you tell him you want to schedule appointment they won't pick up the phone nor will they return your phone calls at all I have called them five times I don't know if they have new people in there but good luck on trying to get them to move you I give them zero Stars but they make you pick something so I pick one
