        Friend office staffs are very rude . Customer service is very poor. We don't get chance to see Dr Carlson. PA & NP are running this clinic. Could not tolerate the attitude of the staff. Not only one time experience. Even over the phone. I don't suggest this clinic for anyone who is expecting humanitarian considerations from the office of a doctor. I give 0 rating.

      The Bestcare Family Medical Center has been serving the greater Dallas community for more than 25 years. From the start we have always been a family medical center and for a very good reason. One of the most important skills of any physician is diagnosis. Correct diagnosis depends on having enough correct information. These days there are more and more corporations trying to cash in on medical industry. They set up clinics staffed by a stable of various doctors and medical personnel. When you come in you will be assigned to whomever is on duty at that time. You are likely to never see that same heath provider again. And for sure, they do not know you.
