        The lady answered the call and didn't even give me time to speak and they hung up the phone. The second call was sent to voicemail. What a horrible attitude to have at work.

        After over 30 years as a State Farm continuous customer, and 25 with Mr Schwartz, my daughters policy was cancelled for two minor accident claims in 2018. Neither Mr Schwartz nor any staff member in the office called to let me know what was transpiring. Very poor service. State Farm is definitely NOT there. Just a bunch of number crunching actuarials now. They dont take customer loyalty into account. Find an insurance company that cares!
