Roger has been my agent since I was 16 and started driving, I'm 35 now. I've gone through many vehicles, a few rental homes and apartments, and now we're on our 2nd home. We always insure with Roger. I don't stay with his branch/statefarm just to be loyal, now days that's just not the way things are done. I stay with them because the price is fair and has improved as I've gotten older like you'd expect. When I've had claims I never get any hassle. Roger and Beto always return my call or email and help with whatever I need. I'd say dependable and easy. Also, I live on the far West side of the metroplex and haven't lived in Garland since 05' and have no issues filing claims or getting help when needed.

I literally just saved $1600/year after making a call to Roger. He and his staff at top quality, they even insure my Golf Cart! Thank y'all!
