Crew was extremely courteous and respectful. They had to do 4 interior piers which required jackhammering holes through foundation. They were very thorough to keep mess contained and floors protected. My floors were cleaner when they left than when they got here. I loved everything except the price but this company was the only one who does it right so in the long run it will be worth paying triple the price by not having to have it redone when the cheaper option fails. They do a lot of the lifting of piers together so there’s less chance of damage to your plumbing and the structure itself. Most places use the weight of your house to push cement pilings into ground, one by one, jacking your house up and down repeatedly in the process. If the earth moved enough to break the foundation, it’s going to move those piles of pilings and you’ll be back where you started. Ramjack uses special steel and goes to the bedrock with it and it is pushed in using hydraulics, not your house. Very pleased, just wish they weren’t quite so expensive but hey, you get what you pay for! Service: Foundations
