Great products for an affordable price. Nichole is awesome, she is professional and personable and ensured that I received the necessary products for the install to be successful long term. This is my 4th time using them and I have never had an issue, they have always provided exceptional service.

Nichole (my fairy Godmother)LoL outstanding service! I called about a week and a half ago in the middle of selling my house right before closing. Unfortunately, I had a slab leak all flooring, was completely ruined drywall damage, and more. I met her on a Thursday afternoon in a panic explaining I needed to close the following week she smiled and said there was no problem with that timeline that she could completely install new wood flooring, vinyl plank, carpet, drywall, repair, and paint In five days I have to be honest. I really did not believe she was going to be able to pull this off in 5 1/2 days but after working her magic, she did it with ease. I was given a schedule step-by-step, and it was followed to the letter 100% crew was outstanding professional, awesome work, great cleanup and great communication all the way around .Nichole listens talks, fast moves fast, and the bottom line makes things happen and true to her word. I can only speak for myself, but I dont normally leave reviews, but she has a customer in life in me. I truly cant understand why anyone would use anyone but her.

I found this company solely on reviews. I enjoyed getting to work with Connie. The installation team was excellent. I still have half of my house to do with them, but I'm excited to see how everything will turn out!

If anyone needs new flooring in their house I would highly recommend you use Nichole @ Forever Floors! I was on vacation and came home to a flooded house! (Slab leak) Huge problem... we were selling our home and scheduled to close on the 29th! In one week, Nichole was able to get the remaining old floors torn out, all wet sheet rock torn out and replaced, house painted, walls repaired, new carpet, new trim, tile, a deep cleaning crew to clean up after all of the work, and she lined up several additional people to do extra work for us to have the house in perfect condition for the new buyer! (She also worked with us and the new buyer to agree on all flooring and paint options in case closing fell through!) When I say she is a godsend... I truly mean it!!! Today we closed! If it wasn't for Nichole @ Forever Floors it never would have happened as scheduled! I am still blown away that Nichole pulled it all off! We absolutely adored Nichole and loved working with her considering the circumstances!!! (I called 3 companies prior to Nichole and one laughed at me and said it's not possible to move my closing date! The other 2 were super sweet but unable to complete the amount of work we needed in such a short time!) I promise you will absolutely love any work she has a part in!
