        Crazy appointment management. I had at least 4 appointments with this refugee clinic. They schedule appointments without observing their own capacity. For a single vaccine shot I had to wait from 9am to 3pm. Their staff are very rude and wont even tell you how long you have to wait. If you are planning to go their with your kids, make sure you take your lunchbox and also allocate your whole day.
