Doctor Shalev is great. He did gum surgery on me, and frankly, I've had fillings and crowns that were more painful. I'm in the recovery phase and doing well with little to no pain. He was great on a follow-up visit too and I expect he will be on future follow-ups. If you have to have gum surgery, Dr. Shalev is your man.

Got there for a 10am appointment to find they were all in a meeting. After an hour and them trying to get me to pay out of pocket for laser treatement, inserts and a deep cleaning, I decided I needed to reschedule my basic cleaning since it hadn't even started yet. I was told that they would not clean my teeth until I paid $200 for a deep cleaning on a specific area. I told them it had been a year and wanted everything else cleaned. They said no. I am now looking for a new dentist after 3 years. Everytime me, my wife or a neighbor visited, they did their best to get us to pay out of pocket expenses for anything they could think of includung a,$250 electric tooth brush. My previous dentist, that moved, never tried to sell me anything.

The front staff is both professional & personable. My dental hygienist is efficient & friendly! I’ve been a patient for about 10 years and I will definitely continue to trust Eastview Dental with my teeth!
