The owner of this company, Vicki is the rudest person and hung up in my ear not once but twice. She is a subcontractor for Lowes. We had a schedule install for carpet on May 8th and they were suppose to arrive between 9-11. Vicki the owner calls 30 minutes before arrival to say they had to cancel. She said it was raining. It was not raining where we live. She said they can't lay carpet because it's raining. If your in a business that only can operate in good weather than common sense would make you think they do watch the weather reports as I have been all week. Both my husband I took off work moved all our furniture in our entire house and they wait 30 minutes before show up time to call and cancel? It's very obvious Vicki knows nothing about being or acting courteous because a GOOD an COURTEOUS business owner would have called the day before and said (Hypothetically speaking) "It might rain tomorrow and we can't install carpet when it rains and weight have to reschedule".
Doesn't make a whole lot of sense if your planning and scheduling appointments based on good weather to not look at the weather predictions for days leading up to appointment time. It's just good ethic and business practices. Buyer beware of this company. We won't be using her or her business and have requested through Lowes a new installer.
