Bonjour
Je suis français et ai commandé un convertisseur de boîte automatique chez WOLD parts
Ils ont modifié la référence du produit
Je leur ai envoyé des photos de la pièce d'origine dont j'avais besoin
Malgré cela ils ont tout de même envoyé une pièce qui ne correspondait pas à ma commande initiale
Je leur ai retourné le convertisseur et maintenant ils refusent de me rembourser sous prétexte que je n'ai pas renvoyé la pièce dans son emballage d'origine
Pourquoi m'ont ils envoyé volontairement une pièce qui ne correspondait pas à la référence demandée ni aux photos envoyées...?
Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site
J'ai eu Brandon qui n'est pas du tout collaboratif

Bought a part on line though Amazon. World Parts Direct shipped the wrong part. When I contacted customer service the first time, the customer service person laughed and said I bought it through to contact them. Jeff Bazo could afford it. The second customer service person I spoke with told me to return the part, at my own expense and he would handle it. Now, two weeks later, World Parts Direct has the money that was for the part and part.
I would not, cannot recommend World Parts Direct to anyone. Not a reputable company!!!

Guys,
Stay away from this WorldPartsDirect.com They asked me 89USD to deliver a car key to Delaware. When I paid through PayPal, it has wrongly deducted 126USD from my card pretending my overseas address. Now, PayPal says this is not our problem. The seller instead of taking only USD89, it has pocketed the entire amount of 126USD. Now, they do not want to refund my USD36.30 and not responding to my emails.

If you need your part in a timely manner, check elsewhere because WPD is definitely NOT in a hurry to get orders out to their customers.

I reached out to WPD on 1/25/24 to confirm that they had the parts I need in stock. It was confirmed by Tyler that they had 4 in stock of the left strut and 68 in stock for the right strut so I placed the order immediately as I have been trying to find them since Aug 2023. Standard shipping is the only thing referenced on their website. It stated that I would receive my order from 2/8/24-2/12/24. I reached out immediately after placing the order asking if they would PLEASE send it out with expedited shipping because this is an emergency and that I would HAPPILY pay whatever cost but nope! They refuse to send it that way regardless that this is a true emergency.

It took them 4 days to confirm the order. It's now been a week and it still has yet to ship! This company is in Garland, TX. I live in Tucson, AZ. It should NOT take 2.5-3 weeks to receive my damn order! It is 100% crap and I will not be spending my hard earned money with this company again.

If you truly want to provide excellent customer service then you need to know when to bend the rules and when not to. It shouldn't be taken lightly when a customer states that it is an emergency. Expedited shipping should be available to ANYONE that is willing to pay the inflated cost.

1000% disappointed in this company and DO NOT recommend buying from this company unless it is the only business left in the world that has the part you need or unless you are in absolutely no hurry to get your vehicle fixed.
