I didn't actually go here cause I did everything online and the customer service was outstanding no problems at all getting my car insurance at an affordable rate. Thanks to everyone there at A-Maxx

I called A max today to get a new quote for car insurance. I had the pleasure of being helped by a man named Andres. He was very helpful and patience. He helped me in a timely manner. I really appreciate his help and i will be continuing to use A-Max for my car insurance. (:

Honestly If could give 0 Stars I would. This company is a complete rip off. If you need auto insurance do not come to this company, Andres will not give you the accurate information. We had to cancel our policy The next day, due to getting the wrong Coverage. Andres assured us that we would be getting most of our money back and to our surprise, we did not even get a quarter of it back. And to top it off Susanna the district manager is no help as well. So if anyone is thinking about getting insurance with them, I would think twice about it. And then you ask for a phone number above them and they come out with The excuse that they are on PTO For the next two weeks what a coincidence.
