Please don't waist your time. Very unprofessional, they charge you a service fee of $85. Two tech's came out looked at my t.v and diagnose it within two mintues. They did not even take a screw off. When I called the office to complain about the sevice the lady who answered was so rude and was talking over me. She did not care of what I was saying as a customer. Very poor customer service. Never again will I call this company.

Stay away! They charge a $50 service fee and a $25 diagnostic fee. The technician said there was a problem with the y board IC on my 42 inch plasma tv. Said it was $299 to fix. But then said once they replace the Y board for $299, then it may still not work as the screen may be defective. So, they want me to spend $299, and cant tell me that will fix the problem ! I honestly think they are running a racket and just charging the service and diagnostic fee! I would give them zero stars if I could. As I said, STAY AWAY.

These guys are the best in the business. I made the mistake of hooking our 8 series Samsung TV in without using a surge protector and (of course) the lightning zapped it the other week. Had them come out and didn't mind paying them. These other reviews mention a service fee, but that should always be expected when a business drives TO YOU to do all repairs (gas, time etc etc). We ended up having to switch out the power supply board on the tv. It was a little expensive, but much better than buying a new TV. Immediately following, I bought a surge protector for all our expensive stuff in our apartment. We had just moved not long ago, so it wasn't something I thought about. Both of these gentleman were very courteous and helpful in the entire process. Wouldn't have anyone else do it next time! Thank you!
