We used the company for a charted bus band trip. Our driver, Bonnie, was an absolute joy and an amazing driver. The mini charter bus was clean, comfortable, and the whole experience was A+!

After a cruise that returned in Galveston our family had 8 hours before our flight home from IAH airport in Houston. I arranged to have Galveston Limo drive us from Galveston to IAH in a private car. The driver Eddie L was super friendly and a great driver. We had a great conversation during the 1:20 trip. We felt safe the entire trip. He called us prior to pick up to make sure we would be ready at the arranged pick up time and location. If you need transportation in and around the Galveston area, call them and ask for Eddie L. Made a reservation for an airport transfer, then came down with COVID. Tried to cancel and was told there would be no refund; only credit for a future service, which I did not need. This policy was not a term or condition of the sale. They have refused my additional request for a refund.

I was looking for a private service to get me to and from the airport multiple times a year. I tried to cancel/reschedule my driver the night before as my current plans had to change. However even if you call them and speak to a person, if you are hiring a private car and it is passed 5pm, they will not cancel it or reschedule. Thankfully the company worked with me and will allow me to reschedule once I get my new travel dates.
