Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Very disappointing, was scheduling my sons first visit and the person who answered the phone didn't know what she was doing, she had said Thursday was full how about Friday morning? I said okay what time then she said ummmm... ummmm.. like she didn't know the time? Then finally said 12 pm. I said okay is that the morning time? then she stated " well I don't know what you want me to do"? Very rude, doesn't seem to care about her job or have respect for anyone. All I wanted to know was next available times.. but apparently she didnt know. She then hung up on me. We will not be visiting vista smiles ever, thank you for the worst service!
