        Went to buy a zero turn mower during a JD promo. Gainesville didn't have the mower I wanted but Tom Metzler was able to find one in Paris. Took a bit for it to make it to Gainesville (I want to say a couple of weeks) but once it came, Tom delivered it personally with his own truck/trailer, and took the time and care to make sure we knew how to use the mower before he left. That is top notch service right there and pretty much unheard of these days. He really sets this place apart.
