My daughter has asthma and something in our heat/air ducts was causing her asthma to go nuts. I called Absolute to see if someone could come that same day to see what they could do but I was told they wouldn't be able to until the following week. I explained why I needed someone so quickly and Heather said she would schedule me for the next day so I agreed but within 10 minutes she called me back and said she had someone would be at my house in 30 minutes to look at the job. Jack Murphey called said he'd see me soon and all I can say is Jack was incredible! He was thorough and upfront about everything and he was able to get me scheduled for the very next day. I would recommend Absolute Heat/Air and Jack any day.
