    PROSPECT RENTERS **Dog Poop E-V-E-R-ywhere (breeds of every kind are here, despite their own written policies) **Units smell like animal(the whole complex smells like dog poop) They track the poop onto the side walks from stepping in it. **Maintenance staff enters your unit without your knowledge( its written in the lease that they can) ** They will charge you an EXTRA deposit if you dont have rental history from an apartment complex exclusively. **Rent is about $1285 -$1389 for a 880sqft 2 bd/1bath unit. ** They allocate your water bill. (There are ppl in my building with multiple dogs, rodent pets and 60 gallon fish tanks) But because there are only two ppl listed on their lease, they pay less than lets say a parent with human children. **Units have EXTREME water damage in the walls and roof.(ceiling leaks when it rains) **They dont DEEP clean/sanitize units prior to new tenant move ins.(hair on walls/carpet nasty with stains upon move in) **Roaches (I even bombed before move-in) **Not Gated(Gate doesnt work and they dont plan on fixing it) **Upgraded Appliances? (Laughable) Dishwasher leaks. No working stove for over two weeks upon move-in. The refrigerator part freezes and its not even on high. **Theres more cars than parking spaces(and they enforce towing) ** Watch your billing closelyThey will erroneously bill you if youre not paying attention. Tried to charge me $50 (no explanation) and then $20 water bill for 3 days.(Havent occupied unit for 30 days and am not supposed to be billed until month 2) Also their line items for billing dont have a description. So you dont know really what youre paying for. **Office has Poor communication and NO follow up on anything. ** They charge 3% for credit card payments and $6.95 for debit card payments on their site. **This place is less than a mile from the West Side Las Vegas Trail (a small Hood) Overall, this is an absolute last resort, Nothing more.

    We had a leak in our apartment and they were very quick to hire contractors to fix the roof. And we had an issue with our heater, one day later they came out to fix that, and Brittanie contacted us to make sure they cleaned up and the problem was resolved. Ive been here for 5 years, and its been a hot minute to see such care for the tenants. I really like this crew they have now

    I was so desperate and eager to move in I didn't pay attention I was given two different rates then I signed a lease with a different price and then they get you in late fees and utility fees to where you can't catch back up if you get behind even a week and they say they work with you but no they only waited for me a month and then the judge even told him they charged too many late fees so if it wasn't for all their fees I may be able to pay my rent and not be evicted and now I can't find a place to live because of it but they don't really care they made their money and then some and keep my deposit and all the extra money they made for my move in not very happy with them even the judge said watch out they can't charge more than so much for late fees by law however the courts don't help with fees only rent
