We made a special trip to Lorna Jane as my wife was wanting additional outfits and there was a sale. However when we arrived the store associate was locking up for lunch. We had additional obligations and could not wait for her to return. This is extremely unfortunate considering the time we spent traveling to and from for this excursion and the cost involved! I did engage customer care. However I was met with an unsatisfactory response. Not impressed!

My husband purchased a jacket for me as a Christmas present. It did not fit and so I attempted to return it. The manager at the store stated I would receive a store credit and could not get a charge credit as I requested. Buyer beware! There are NO returns. My husband and daughter were NOT told of this return policy. The original receipt was not given to us with the return policy as they emailed us the receipt. I finally had to find something to purchase for 115.00 that I didn't even want. My first and very last experience with this company. Go elsewhere!
