This is the place to be. If your priorities are to get the best prices with best customer service, don’t go anywhere else. Also, Matt is there to answer all of your question, and have a nice chat with you. Great guy. Every next watch I buy will be from here.

This was my first time visiting this great store. I was in the area and needed a link taken out of my new watch that I received for a gift. Came to this location and asked about the link removal service. Right away my watch was taken for the link to be removed and it fits perfectly now!! And the process was super quick. Literally 2 minutes tops! I definitely will go back and check out some of the inventory here!!

Excellent experience. First time buyer with DFW Watches, and I couldn’t have been happier or more impressed with the process. Matt and Emily are both well informed, extremely nice and very “low pressure”. Prices are very fair and competitive. No gouging here. I definitely plan to do business with these fine folks again as they make the watch buying experience very pleasant and fun.
