I have used them for years for oil changes on my 2011 Eclipse and as part of their service they are supposed to be checking all fluid levels. My transmission started hesitating when going into gear so I asked them to check the transmission fluid. Goodyear told me that not only did my car not have a dipstick for them to check it, they therefore couldn't add any fluid. I took it home and told my husband what they said and he was so disappointed. He added fluid to my transmission and told me never to take my car to Goodyear again.

Great service here. Freddy has taken care of my cars for years. I even travel to this location that is farther from some of the other locations for the service. Even when the store my be a bit busy I am treated courteously and my vehicle is finished as soon as it can be. I will never use another store for any of my tire purchases or vehicle repairs!!!

Brought in a tire from a BMW X3 with a nail for repair. As I expected it could not be repaired due to location, however I was told I would have to replace all 4 tires. This because of BMW's xdrive, the difference in tread wear could cause issues in which they would be responsible if only replacing one. Must be on commision. Would have gone to Discount tire to replace if they had that tire in stock, instead call my BMW service agent who had the tire and replace just that one. He laughed at what Goodyear rep told me.
