LACK OF INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM Stay away from this business; they will not return phone calls, show up without appointments and when there is an appointment they are no-calls/no-show. If the customer is treated with this lack of professionalism when trying to earn their business, it's hard to imagine how a customer would be treated once they are paid. I will also be filing a complaint with CoC BBB.

I recently had the pleasure of working with High Performance Roofing (HPR) for a roof replacement from a hail storm last year. I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary. Melachy and the rest of the team at HPR were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly assess my roof's condition before recommending any solutions. During the assessment of my roof they came out several times (after recent storms) to check both the roof an attic for leaks. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided clear explanations of the various options available to me. Throughout the process, communication with the HPR team was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns I had promptly and professionally. Communication is key, and they were hands down the best. I wholeheartedly recommend HPR to anyone in need of roofing services. Their commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction sets them apart from the rest. I had a great experience with high performance roofing during my replacement of roof this year. The contractors contact is Bryan Malachy. As a customer, what I care is best quality of the roof, less hustle with insurance, and cost effectiveness of the project. He provided all of these! Most importantly, he is very patient and responsive to questions I have. I would use them in the future!

Garrett & Andrea are very professional at what they do. They facilitated HPR assessment of our home roof. After the assessment, they gave a thorough explanation of issues revealed from the assessment and how best we can protect our home. My wife and I so happy with HPR services because of this.
