4sight Property Management

This company should be given zero star. We have two properties managed by this company. Given the exterme weather in DFW area, the lawn condition was not that good in the spring time. We have been applying weeds control and fertilizer regularly. The lawn condition have been improving a lot. Weeds are gone in the major area. However, they do not care, kept sending out warning letters then fine letter even if we responeded and provideed photos as proofs.

This is by far the WORST property management company I have worked with in my 20+ years in practice. Can you imagine going through a massive in-office flood during the winter storm and receiving no help at all from Todd...the owner...or his company. He doesn’t return calls in a timely manner and we are left hanging...with no way to resume business in our office. We are in the process of voting this company out as the other owners here have had the same experience. If you are considering hiring 4Sight for your property management company....you are an IDIOT. Don’t be an IDIOT.

Very unprofessional. The owner Todd called me "honey" several times even after I told him to stop. I told him that was sexist and demeaning. He said I cant help what you "believe is sexist". Told me I had no proof that the landscape company cut internet and cable lines then said they did. Send you notes saying 2nd notice so they can assess you a fine; when a first one hasnt been sent. Will send a note saying to cover the "blank space" in your yard and when asked where exactly that is ... he says go outside and look. Needs to be attractive ? Guessing on what he means . I guess under a large tree with roots protruding so assuming he wants me tear out a 20 year old tree and plant grass in 95% degree heat? Most HOA management companies send a picture asking for proof you planted grass. Because grass cant grow in 1 day. Its in the shade so sod wont grow. Then when you ask for the HOA presidents info to send an email or letter he refuses. Everyone there is so rude.
