We were looking for a nice preschool for my kid in the neighborhood and found that “Tutor Time of West Frisco” is the closet but we realized later that we made a mistake because this school is no longer tutor time it’s under new management and called “Heritage preschool Frisco”. The new management has very bad reputation and poor service. We paid a total of 4 weeks tuition up front. My kid got sick on the first day from the food that they supply. This school also allows sick and contagious students to attend and spread the disease and sickness they do not have any policy about it. The teachers are also abusive towards the small kids according to my kid. We have stopped my kid going to this sickness spreading school. They did not even return the rest of the tuition. I am going to report this to BBB and TX business bureau.

I used to work there... small classrooms, high child to teacher ratios (when they are in ratio) and clueless directors. There isn't an actual curriculm... just whatever the teacher prints for the day. Would never recommend it!
