I have been a patient of Texas Partners for almost 2 years now and love Dr Younas, he’s a phenomenal physician and I get injections by him. I would have given them 5 stars because of Dr Younas but his RUDE STAFF is why I left only one star!! I see him at his Frisco location but he does my injections at his Denton location. The front desk lady at frisco Belinda is so rude! Every time I’m due for a med refill and I come in Dr Younas always forgets to send it in until I call and complain! When I call she answers and speaks to me in the most degrading tone as if I’m asking so much of her just to get my meds sent in… they should hire someone more kind and that actually smiles because it’s the first thing we see when we come in/ call.

Why doesn’t Dr Younas address complaints about his staff? He’s losing patients because of it.

Dr. Younas was very professional and most of all Explained the why behind his treatment plan. My husband is in good hands with this physician and his front staff were kind and very personable. You can tell that Dr. Younas is very compassionate and educated on his specialty, I would recommend him to anyone looking for pain relief.

Dr Younas is the most incredible doctor! He is extremely caring, compassionate and really listens to your problems and try’s to put himself in your shoes. He genuinely cares about the helping his patients and giving them a better quality of life with less pain. I couldn’t continue pursuing my passions or even live normal in my day to day life without my chronic back pain hindering me from doing so, but ever since I started seeing Dr Younas ive been able to live a normal life again without suffering from my pain in everything I do.

The receptionists at this location is very unhelpful and rude especially Belinda
