My wife and I wanted to move to the Dallas area and got introduced to Von through a friend. The intro happened on a Wednesday and we were looking at homes on Friday. We saw great homes and had an offer in and accepted Sunday. Von was not only responsive but knew exactly what we wanted. Without hesitation, I recommend Von from my whole heart. Not only is she professional, competitive, and responsive, Von is caring, attentive, and genuinely great as a human being. Her service was beyond expectation/norm and our success in purchasing a house in this very competitive (and crazy) DFW real estate market. Von was an absolute dream to work with! She took A LOT of the stress of homebuying from us; she listened to our needs, gave us feedback when we asked for it, and she was a heck of a negotiator to make sure we got the deal we needed on the house we bought, and top dollar for the one we were selling. My husband wanted to see a lot of different houses, and not once did she complain and she was always so readily available to jump on a showing. Von is AMAZING! I am a first-time home buyer and I would not have been able to find my dream home without her. She supported me throughout the whole process, gave me a lot of really helpful suggestions, and answered all of my million questions. She is super knowledgeable about the DFW area and was able to connect me to a builder even during the crazy home buying market right now! I will definitely recommend Von to all of my friends and will for sure use her again for my next home.
