This review is specific for Dustin and his remodeling business in the DFW area. Dustin did a kitchen remodel in our home in Frisco (Aug/Sept 2018). The overall experience with Dustin was frustrating but I know this can happen when taking on a remodeling project. The reason for the one star is because that after the job was completed, we noticed problem/mistake that was made. Our project was finished on a Sunday evening at about 8pm. After working 10+ hours in our kitchen for 3 straight days, we were all ready for this project to be complete. There was no final walk through or sign off, just a thank you for the hard work and a final payment. After 2 days, We noticed that he installed some hardware on our new cabinet/drawers off center (by an inch). I think it was a simple error that had a simple solution, just replace the drawers? I texted Dustin and he replied he would get them ordered. This was on Sept 18th. Beginning Oct 9th, I tried reaching out to him and he simply will not respond or reply. Be it by text, email or voicemail, he has chosen to ignore me and my messages for 3+ weeks. And, I am left to assume by his lack of response that he is not willing to take responsiblity and not fix his mistake. After +$30k spent on my kitchen, we are left looking at a couple of drawers with handles that are set too low and are an eye sore. Very disappointing to go through his process and have the guy you hired to do the job not be willing to fix his mistakes when it's done (and not even reply to your emails/voicemails). If considering using Dustin for a project, I would look elsewhere.....
