Staff is very friendly but haircuts are HORRIBLE!!!! The people here are so nice and friendly from making the appointment to getting our little ones first haircut. I'm only giving 1 star because when we left and I looked over my son and husbands hair, it was completely messed up. I would understand the bad haircut on my one year old son if he would have been crazy but he sat and listened to her instruction and didnt move unless she told him too. Very disappointing especially when my son absolutely loved it here!

We had a wonderful experience here for my sons first haircut! I was really nervous, but Aurora was so great with him and it all went so well. The front desk ladies were so nice also. We definitely be back for his next haircut! Thank you for a great first haircut experience!

So welcoming and did a great job for our one year old's first haircut. He was not happy about it at all but the stylist was quick and efficient and it looks great! Thank you!

I have taken my son to this location twice. Each time has been incredibly pleasant. At 3 years old, my son seriously enjoys the selection of vehicles to choose from, for haircuts. My one gripe, is that there are only 3 vehicles to choose from — but let’s be honest, being able to ride in any vehicle is a major plus over any other haircut place. Most importantly though, are the hairstylist. They are phenomenal with children. I appreciate that their first concern is the child’s comfort, followed by the haircut. I never once felt that they forced my son to be in a situation he didn’t want to be in. Of course there’s the added bonus of a balloon and lollipop — in case all else fails. I highly recommend having these caring hairstylist cut you child’s hair.
