Staff was helpful. It took a lot longer than 1 week to get in our tile though. We had to keep rescheduling our installer because our tile delivery kept getting put off.

Called them and scheduled a visit to repair my floor. They totally forgot about the appointment. When I called them again they apologized and claimed it was a schedule conflict and that they'll make it up to me. On the next appointment, they didn't show up again. Seriously! I can't believe I wasted a week chasing them when it should be the opposite. I'm all for hiring local Frisco businesses but it's hard to help them when they can't honor an appointment. Very disappointing experience.

Called to schedule a measurement there's this woman speaking in a very impatient & bad mannered way, asking "what are you measuring... I know it's floor it's all floor...". At some point I felt curious why she's so provoked after all it's the floor I'm measuring
