Worst experience in my life. I filed the initial divorce and it took a year a a half to finalize. Very little communication. He never let me visit with him to go through the ex spouses demands. He Coward down to their demands and never explained the changes. I asked him to have a sit-down and explain the changes. He told me to skim through it on my own. Now.... I have to hire a real lawyer. The guy has no business practicing law!

Terrible choice for a lawyer. No prep work, no follow up and he shows up to court having no idea what he is doing. We hired him for our daughter's divorce and he has actually made her case worse with his do nothing approach. We have had to hire a new attorney. Charles is a waste of time and money. Run to a different lawyer.

Update While this attorney was great during custody, during the subsequent adoption case he became unresponsive and dropped the ball many times. We had to get pretty demanding to get anything done in a timely manner. Turns out Mr Ferguson never completed our adoption process and now we are struggling to get a birth certificate. Very frustrated!!!! As a result I'm changing my review. ********* Ferguson helped us with our custody case. He was incredible! Offered the best advice, worked to help us ensure that the needs of the child were being met, and was super fast to respond when we had a question! I highly recommend him!
