My daughter has been going here for years and she *loves* it (now 4). She'll ask me if she can go just randomly. We didn't have a lot of luck finding a baby sitter we liked, and I was reluctant to try this because it does very much seem like a free for all compared to what you'd think of as a daycare. My thoughts are she seems to love that it's a free for all, she gets enough structure at home and pre-k, it's probably just a free for all with a babysitter at home but at least here she's with other children, and you don't have to worry about what time you start/end other than staying within their operating hours. I've never thought that the staff was rude or unprofessional.

My son has a speech delay, so he cannot always express himself via words. He stays at home and we occasionally brought him in on Saturdays to give him some fun kid time. The last 2 even 3 times I believe the only meals he ate were pizza, pizza and more pizza. They told me they wrote my son up and if he did anything again they were going to kick him out. He's 3 years old and I think about the worst he wants to do is grab to play, that's what boys do. He wasn't biting or causing any bodily harm to kids. At no point did they call me, give me any warning when I was gone, just a "oh hey you're back yeah your kid was bad if he does it again we will have to kick him out". I am currently taking my child elsewhere to a more patient understanding facility who will take the time to redirect and work with my child with his excitement and behavior. Adventure kids playcare.

My kids always have a good time there. Very convenient when I need someone to watch the kids for a few hours or to have a date night with my husband.
