I made an online order for 5 small items for pick. After 8 hours and several calls my order still isn't ready. The lady I spoke to said it will be ready when we get it ready. And you wonder why people order from Amazon or Lowe's. I could understand if it was a major or large item, the items I ordered can fit in a small hand basket. Even when you go to the store to get the items yourself, you can't get any assistance finding what you need.

I’ve waited 4 weekends to get a working dishwasher. Paid for a plumber to correct the problem and couldn’t get reimbursed for my time and cost to get it corrected

I have been working with the store in Tyler TX for over a month to pickup my cancelled order of flooring. They never got the order right and I am tired of dealing with Customer Service. Their delivery truck has been in the shop for almost a month. I need to talk to a Regional or District manager, but no one has a phone number for them. I am considering going to the news station and report this.
