image They advertise shipping and packing of art work, but did a terrible job. We had them pack and ship multiple paintings and 1/3 of the paintings arrived with broken glass and damaged frames. We had paid for extra $3000 insurance and when we filed for the damages we were told that the damage wasn't covered. The owner should have known what was covered and how to correctly pack and ship the paintings, but he did not. He offered $250 restitution and we had paid $750 just for the packing and shipping. BUYER BEWARE

Thank you for making the time to review our team. We are replying publicly so that everyone has the opportunity to be acclimated with all of the facts and the truth. While we understand that you and your family may be frustrated but your review is misleading and inaccurate.1. The paintings were packed exactly how they should have been packed. The paintings arrived safely. Yes, the glass was broken but because we put added glass protective tape to all of the paintings with glass. Furthermore, the paintings were packed with soft foam sheets and none of the pictures nor paintings were damaged. 2. The glass was broken and our team learned in this process that the carriers will not cover broken glass that has been framed and the reason for that is because the glass is actually "packed" inside of the frame and there is no way to fully secure the glass inside the frame without framing the pictures or paintings again. 3. The $3000 worth of insurance you mentioned was for only for one box and really just one painting which arrived safely. The other packages came with $100 worth of standard package insurance. Regardless, the claim was denied because only the framed glass was damaged and the pictures of the scratched 20-30 year old frames was met with the response from the carriers that if that damage was cause in transit, it was caused by the broken glass. Frustrating. We were also frustrated.3. As a small company, we decided to step in and do something that the large companies wouldn't do. We offered to pay for the glass to have the frames touched up and expressly said that we were not offering to have the pictures and paintings framed anew. 4. All the while, you and your family had the owners personal mobile and he responded to everyone via text as well as spoke to your sister on the phone. However, what happened was that brand new frames were purchased with no consideration to cost and the expectation seemed to be that our team should pay for it. This scenario is like purchasing home insurance but not car insurance, having your 2005 vehicle stolen and expecting it to be replace with a 2024 vehicle from your home insurance policy. 4. While we could have completely walked away, thrown our hands up in the air and said we're sorry. We didn't. We electronically transferred $250 to your sister but receiving this 1-star review from you because we didn't pay thousands of dollars for new custom frames.Our team did everything we could to do the right thing and we will continue to do that. Fortunately, most of our customers appreciate the extra effort we provide when it comes to personal attention and customer service. We wish you and your family the very best.

image I've always had nothing but fantastic experiences with Print Parcel & Ship. I use them for 1) shipping 2) printing 3) local gifts as well. The quality of the printing is always excellent, everything I've ever needed shipped has never had an issue arriving in time at an affordable price, and it's awesome how the store supports local businesses in a few categories. The customer service is phenomenal as well - on a few occasions the staff has been able to accommodate a printing request with very little notice which I am appreciative of!
