Cafe Flair Bubble Tea and Crepes

I'm not sure where to start on describing my horrible experience with Cafe Flair. Right from the start of walking in I was not greeted by anyone, as my friend and I were looking at the menu for some bubble tea and crepes I asked the lady at the front for a suggestion or a favorite and the lady was very rude to me and responded with "are you going to order something or just talk?" and I was very astounded. I ended up ordering some Thai tea and a crepe and it was amazing! The food is awesome and I can't complain but the customer service is terrible. I was craving crepes again another day and I visited this place and again it was the same lady still in a bad mood or just flat unfriendly. I can't go back because of the lack of customer service. If you can deal with it for the delicious food, it's semi-worth it.

So far, this is my favorite Boba place. I always go for the strawberry banana smoothie. The place is very clean but when I've been, the place has always been empty. Also, the people behind the counter haven't been rude, but they haven't been very inviting either. I think the last time I was there, it was completely empty and the person behind the counter just watched me walk up and didn't even say hello. Eventually, someone else helped me and made my smoothie. Great boba, but not impressed with the service.

Just had the classic bubble tea and La Provence crepe for lunch....SOOO YUMMY! Wasn't too heavy either so I was able to walk out of the place :) Service was quick, restaurant was clean, and I'm going back for more lunches!
