I love Pj’s! Super cheap and the owner is very nice and friendly. However, I haven’t been able to contact anyone from the store at all and their phone lines a down as well. Went to the location to drop off my books and it’s closed. Not sure if they moved or shut down, but I need to return my textbooks and have no idea how to do this since I can’t get through to anyone???? HELP

PJ’s has terrible customer service. I was trying to buy my chemistry textbook, which was around $280 if I remember correctly (at Collin’s bookstore, it was $220). I then asked how much it was to rent it, $200. That’s a ridiculous rental price, but I understand that to an extent PJ’s can’t control that. The person who was helping me then offered a cheaper alternative, an access code for $145. Under the impression this was the online textbook, I bought it on 9/16. I tried to study 9/17 and discovered it wasn’t the textbook at all. That’s my bad I suppose, for blindly believing he was giving me what I specifically asked for instead of checking myself, but I didn’t think that would be too much to ask for. Anyways, since I didn’t remove the seal or scratch off the label for the code I thought I’d be able to return it. When I came in only 2 days after buying, 9/18, he said I wasn’t able to return it because it was “after his final return date” which was 8/30. I didn’t even buy the access code before that date. Now I’ve spent $145 on an access code that I don’t even need. Never shopping here again.
