        I have never been more embarrassed to be a customer in any establishment in my entire life. I was depositing a check today and the manager began berating and scolding one of her employees screaming so loud everyone in the whole bank could hear. This went on for a good 10 minutes. I eventually told the manager that it was unprofessional and she should have more respect for her people. What did she do but start yelling at me! Ridiculous. As soon as deposit goes through Im pulling my money. Goodbye to a customer of 32 years. You dont treat people like that.

        This is the worst bank. They are absolutely the WORST! I deposited a check via teller and this BANK won't RELEASE my funds until 8 days after!!!! . I spoke to a so called manager her name a Thai Doan that was just as USELESS as the customer service representative she told me she understood my frustration but YET did nothing but talking over me doesn't let me find a better option over my two accounts (one personal & a business account) been condescending all the time thinking she own the bank doing nothing to FIX the actual problem!
